Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your ultralight gear; items in new, unused condition with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-built packs and used equipment are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package your items in their original box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all original tags and documentation are included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
